Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Baytown

No stars...Order was completely messed up ask for no cheese on Burger they put cheese on Burger anyway. Ordered a grilled chicken salad and bacon received salad lettuce was black no bacon was added but was charged for it returned all the way back to store to get them to correct order. People in kitchen we're arguing and fussing repeatedly refusing to remake my order both managers came out kitchen help still bitching and complaining refusing to redo my order because they didn't have a receipt. Drive-thru personnel admitted she did not give me a receipt printed out another one and they still refuse to remake my order. They were back there arguing and complaining right in front of my face and in front of the managers while I was demanding my money back managers were very nice and agreed with me that they were out of line I told him that they should be fired and shouldn't be working there if they did not like their job they needed to be let go and I was wanting my money back so I can just leave. As the manager was giving me my money they are still at the top of their voice saying that they're not going to make it in griping between each other for what reason I don't know for the reason why they weren't going to do it. The attitude sucked customer service suck except for the two ladies working the counter the drive-thru and the two managers the ladies back in the kitchen need to be fired this happened at 1:50 on...

Everytime I go to the jack in the box on N. Main, I always ask for my tacos with either no cheese and no lettuce or just no lettuce. I went about an hour ago and got dinner for my husband and I and asked for all of my tacos with no lettuce. Get to the window and pay, about 5 minutes later the lady asks me to pull up because they put lettuce on all of my tacos and needed to remake them. No biggie I appreciated it. I pull up wait about 4 minutes and they come out with my tacos. Which I didn’t understand because I had 10 tacos and they finished them within a couple minutes of screwing them all up? But me being the nice person I am I considered that they did the right thing. I get home check my tacos and then I knew for a fact that all they did was scrape the damn lettuce off, slap more cheese on them and then drenched them in sauce. I could only eat 3 tacos because they were just disgusting. The tacos were literally so soggy they weren’t even crunchy anymore. I understand that drive through gets busy and they’re understaffed at night but damn, the least they can do is make a decent meal instead of ruining someone’s appetite. Won’t ever be returning to this...

Hello My wife and I have been coming to this jack in the box for quite some time. The staff is always friendly. I've mentioned to the restaurant manager Mr. Javier regarding the pot hole in the front of the restaurant building and I know Javier can only do so much. Because it's the owners responsibility to get things repaired at he's place of business. I would also like to mention everyone states that the place is dirty. It's funny because it's those very same people how throw their trash out their vehicle. I've been in the drive thru and witnessed the passenger open his door to urinate. I've seen people empty and or throw their drinks. Some customers just don't have the respect that someone else has to clean up after them but complain that the restaurant is dirty. One more thing regarding the comments about the quilty of the food. Don't blame the staff. The staff has a time limit for each customer that comes through. My daughter worked for another Jack in the box, she told me about the time limit. Stop and think who really...
