Studio 6 Baytown, TX - Garth Road — Hotel in Baytown

Black mold in the shower, dead roaches, no hot water and the faucet does not turn off, Stains on sheets, My skin has been itching since staying there and now after reading other reviews about bedbugs I will be looking into a doctor,the tv did not work either we had to fix it ourselves, the lady who worked both Saturday and Sunday night (Oct 29-30) did not want to help us get back into our room when the card did not work she left us outside at one in the morning and came out with a ugly attitude,Cussed in the front etc, mind you the entire stay we were there the cards never worked even after being replaced etc and we were not the only one with that issue. Maintenance would not come and change the battery, the upkeep of the room was filthy. Everytime we would want to speak to the manager he/she was never in. I would like some resolution and a reponse to this before I escalate it.The pictures are false advertisement and not only that but our safety and health was put at risk...

We supposed to stay here 4 weeks, we explain the front desk lady and she said it was fine, after the first week when we were going to pay the following week they said that they already rent the room they didn't care and respect what they told us the first day and also she was very rude and disrespectful, I was working when they decided to kick us from the room, she was calling me and calling me that we need to leave from the room while I was working, I had to leave from work and get my clothes and everything and then comeback to my job site, at the end the lady on front desk told me it was my fault, she told me that like 4 times, poor costumer service and extremely aggressive I will never come Back to this hotel go somewhere else there's a lot of options around the...

When we arrived I went to check in and they told me thatthey didn't have a smoking room that I had already paid for and they couldn't accommodate me. The next day I went down and complained. They finally got me a smoking room for later that day. We moved rooms, after a couple of days our lights went off. They did this every other day. The last time was a day ago and they couldn't get them back on. So after being here for a month we had to switch rooms again. If I was ever back this way and needed a motel/hotel I would not come back. Sometimes you can get in your room and sometimes you can't. Doors don't open or close properly so if you close them guests have to slam them and it is very annoying having to hear that...
