I recently had the pleasure of living at Sapphire Bay Apartments for 3 years, and I can confidently say it has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the entire staff, particularly the manager, Nicole, the assistant manager Latoya and the lease agent, Drew. Their dedication to providing a top-notch living experience is truly commendable. Nicole, the property manager, is a standout leader. She is not only incredibly responsive but also genuinely cares about the residents. If any issue arises, she addresses it promptly and efficiently, ensuring that everyone feels valued and heard. Her friendly demeanor makes it easy to approach her with any concerns or questions. Drew, our lease agent, is one of the best in the business. He made the leasing process seamless and straightforward. His knowledge of the property and its amenities is impressive, and he took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. Drewâs attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond truly set him apart. Sapphire Bay Apartments boasts a variety of amenities that enhance the overall living experience. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines, making it easy to maintain an active lifestyle without having to leave the property. The pool area is beautifully maintained, providing a relaxing oasis for residents to unwind during warmer months. The community lounge is another highlight; itâs spacious and inviting, perfect for hosting gatherings or simply enjoying some downtime with neighbors. The outdoor spaces are well-landscaped and create a serene environment that enhances the overall aesthetic of the property. One of my favorite amenities is the bark park! As a dog owner, I canât express how much my sweet dog Rocky enjoys this area. Itâs spacious and well-fenced, allowing Rocky to run freely and socialize with other dogs in a safe environment. The bark park features agility equipment that provides great exercise for him while keeping things fun and engaging. Itâs clear that Sapphire Bay understands the importance of catering to pet owners and their furry friends. One of the aspects that impressed me most was the maintenance team at Sapphire Bay. Daniel, another Daniel đ and Manuel. They are incredibly efficient and skilled at what they do. Whenever I had a maintenance requestâwhether it was a minor issue or something more significantâthey responded quickly and resolved it with professionalism. Itâs clear that they take pride in their work and care about keeping the community in excellent condition. The location of Sapphire Bay Apartments is another major plus. Itâs conveniently situated near shopping centers, restaurants, and parks, making it easy to enjoy all that the area has to offer. The accessibility to public transportation further adds to its appeal for those who commute. In conclusion, my experience at Sapphire Bay Apartments has been nothing short of fantastic.    Read moreSince we have lived here, in the past 5 months, we have been experiencing A/C electrical issues, which has resulted in the a/c unit almost catching on fire. Maintenance has been in to "fix" the problem, but since the first incident their has been a continuous electrical fires within the unit. We have had 3 incidents between July and November and we feel like it is unsafe to continue living here. I feel like we are not been taken in consideration in the situation we are in. Management is marginal and we have submitted a complaint to Greystar because we don't feel safe staying here for our kids and have not heard from corporate.
Reply to owner Great example of management unprofessionalism. We did clarify that their was no fire but almost which the first time the fire department had to come because their was no fast response from your maintenance team. If it weren't for the fire department our apartment would've caught fire because it was full of smoke in the apartment and it was sparking in the a/c unit. Quick question what causes smoke? Fire. I also understand that you made it clear to us that "nothing would've happen to my kids if their ever was a fire because you have a sprinkler system." Very insensitive and unprofessional to say to anyone. Also about eviction we clarified that if it ever happen again after the 2nd time we were planning on breaking the lease because we didn't feel safe for our kids. Management also clarified to us that it wouldn't happen again after the 2nd time and that we will be ok, as long as we used the filters provided by maintenance because the hepa filters were causing the problem which never in our life's have we even heard or had trouble in other apartment complex using those filters. So we followed your advice and switched to using your filters 3rd time came and we called emergency line, maintenance looked at it and said their was no issue with it and did nothing inside the apartment a/c unit. As we sat here and talked to maintenance in our living room/kitchen area shortly after it started to smell like something was burning again so he quickly had to call his other guy and fix the problem even after he said it was nothing. Honestly we were willing to pay the rent and stay here but we don't feel safe for our kids and we feel as if your maintenance team is not addressing or fixing the real issue that's the only reason we are in the...
   Read moreDefinitely not luxury!! The only good thing is the mantinence man answers request and problems fast. The apt wasn't cleaned properly, dust on ceiling fans and the string hanging from them, carpets weren't vacuumed nor cleaned..found toe nails and food in carpets in both bedrooms, the lint in the dryer was enough to cause a fire, the counter tops werent wiped off, some of the outlets doesn't work, the shower pressure sucks, found bugs in kitchen under cabinets, ants in the bathroom, pay for trash valet yet we get violated if we dont take our trash out ourself, mold under sink in bathroom and they just painted over it, very noisy neighbors, I ask to move due to the shape of the apt with the mold and it not being cleaned and everything that was broke and the noise from the neighbors in which I got told they will call and inform them but nothing has changed and I got told i had to wait 6 months before I could switch apts. Definitely not what I expected. If I could break my lease and get all my money refunded to me I would but now im stuck for the next 6 months and dreading it. There is rust or paint chipping in dog pond and dog poop and cig butts everywhere..on sidewalks and all. The gate is broke half the time and they dont inform you if FedEx or whoever else delivers a package.., the computer room doesnt have but one computer in it and all amenties are locked when they leave the office for the day except the gym and pool closes at 10, there are no spin etc classes...too much more to write about but im ending the review and going to try and get some sleep..extremely displeased!!! And the pictured dont do justice to how messed up and unclean it was and thats just a couple of the pics..its too many to post!!! Also ive been here at week and so far ive heard gun fire twice so far and found a bullet casing by dumpster when taking my trash out in which dumpsters stay with trash all around them old furniture and all. If the apt complex decides to respond to this review the only thing ya can do to help me is refund ALL my money and allow me to break the lease!! If thats not going to happen then its no reason...
