TAKKNG ADVANTAGE of the ELDERLY in HOLIDAY CITY !!! My parents used this company to have their desktop computer “cleaned up” and, re-stored. In which, they did ok ( should have set them up in Chrome🤷🏼‍♀️) but, it worked good once they got their computer back. Now, as many know, it is such a stressful hassle when the elderly ( any age for that matter) has to regain their access to their Google account if lost or, hacked. I called their business to ask “Why they never had my parents write down the password for such instances IS the SCAM itself. Because, they damn well know they ( my elderly parents) would have to call them to come back and be charged … AGAIN. I am very aware the ( computer company) is not “usually “ permitted to keep customers log in and information however, to mislead the elderly in NOT disclosing a simple step in writing down pertinent information for account recovery is unacceptable. Specially, being my Mother is an amazing note taker!! I will be contacting the BBB along with additional outlets. T

Let me start off, 10/10 would recommend! I brought my gaming pc here on a Saturday, told the man there what was happening with my computer after I tried installing ram the night before. He told me they would diagnose and call me and tell me what the problem was. On Monday evening, they called me told me I would either have to replace or repair my motherboard, they broke down costs and timing for both options. I opted to just get to Motherboard repaired which would take 2 days, so I was expecting them to be done either Wednesday night or Thursday morning. They called me and told me they finished on Wednesday Morning! I went on Thursday morning, they showed me what they had done on the computer, and that everything was working just fine. I pay a incredibly fair price for the repair and the installation of my ram. The guy there was very kind, communicative, and professional. I now have my pc back home and running like nothing every happened! 10/10 I would recommend to anyone with similar pc problems! Thank...

After attempting to install my new CPU on my computer I got met with a surprise that my computer would not show a display. Called these guys up and they took my computer in right away for a diagnostic, had it diagnosed in one day and fixed in the next. Very professional, curtious, and all around excellent service. John behind the desk was very knowledgeable and even explained the mistakes I made to avoid if I ever venture down the road of upgrading something again but honestly I think I might be better off just bringing it to them in the first place to avoid all of the headaches. Oh and to top it all off the prices were very fair for the work performed. Would recommend them to anybody with a gaming PC or any other kind of computer...
