Kayla was wonderful to work with me today. She was very capable and knew her inventory well. I am very happy to be part of the Altitude family. I have been using the local dispensaries and often felt like what do you want? Pay me. Well, I am not so proficient in cannabis. That’s why I am here. So unhappily I complied but didn’t feel fulfilled. I was loyal. They messed up.

Wow compared to that scam across the street from them, this is my new favorite dispensary in the area!! Unlike the scammer leaf they don’t change their rewards program every 6 months, in fact since day one they have several ways to get your rewards, first they give you a bag that if you keep coming back and using they give you a cool sticker and once you come back 10 times they give you $10 off, plus you get points with every purchase that also gives you discounts! Also the staff is friendly and management helps with issues unlike their competition across the street where the staff is friendly but management couldn’t care less if you get what you’re looking for. Also I don’t have to wait for my budtender to wait in line at a window when I have stood on line for ten minutes like I have had to do several times at TSL! This is by far a better experience in the area and I will continue to come here over that terrible place...

My first time ever at a dispensary! I have super bad anxiety and p.t.s.d. Aiden was so professional, knew how to help me, didn't rush me, the whole place was spotless, somebody held the door for me, the security guy was awesome, I didn't feel judged and I felt welcomed and I don't leave my house usually so for me that's saying a lot. Don't really even use internet or do reviews but wanted to say Thank you to Aiden ill most definitely be coming back! I almost forgot everybody complains dispensaries are too high priced idk where they are going but I got the best prices I've ever gotten on flower and gummies!
