We did not have an ideal experience with our two movers. One specifically, seemed to be in a hurry and did not even want to attempt to bring our furniture in. We had to convince him to at least try to deliver our furniture as they were paid to do. Once we convinced him to try he refused to try the front door and only wanted to do the side door. Inevitably, it got stuck, scratching our paint and tearing part of the couch in the process. We had to call in the a second team of movers to figure out what to do. The second team was much more capable and quickly realized the couch should go through the front door. Within minutes they had everything in, but the damage to the house and furniture was already there. Vince and his team made a great effort to fix the mistakes and I appreciate that greatly, but ultimately our new couch and new home were damaged and I will not be using this furniture...
