Elite phone repair was has lightly recommended , For their prices, work and customer service.
Which is terrible!! I had my phone screen repaired which I thought was great until I got home 10 minutes later. 1.) My screen started freezing it would take a few minutes to catch back up. My new screen was not screwed all the way in. I thought nothing of it ,maybe it needs time to catch up. BUT NO!! 3.) The next day my would power off on its own while being fully charged. Which it was not doing before,So I called and let the guy who fixed my phone know, I was told I could bring it in and let him check it. Which I did and he was to busy to check at the moment and I was told to come back another time. 4.) Yesterday, I went back he was able to look at it , I was told it was my battery. He did really seem to care to fix , he just wanted more money .Due to my battery swelling which did not happen until after ELITE fixed my screen which was under lifetime warranty I went in the beginning. But the guy said I would have to buy a new screen, He never told me what was all coved under warranty, he was just all about the money. So now my phone will not power on which happen after ELITE Repaired my screen. I will never go back or recommend. ELITE PHONE REPAIR - are FRAUDS and will not stick by their word if you're not...
Read more"I had a disappointing experience with Elite Phone Repair. I initially took my phone in to have the back screen replaced, and in the process they forgot to install a flashlight lens. I went back up there for them to install the flashlight lens, however, it became evident that they overlooked a critical detail. When they opened my phone to add the flashlight lens, they didn't replace the adhesive that keeps the phone waterproof. As a result, when my phone came into contact with water weeks later, it suffered water damage. My phone would not turn on at all.
When I returned to Elite Phone Repair, they refused to take responsibility, claiming they don't warranty water damage. This situation could have been entirely avoided if they had used proper adhesive when reopening my phone. Reusing old adhesive was a critical oversight on their part, and it ultimately cost me a functional phone. I have since taken my brick of a cellphone to a local well known cell phone repair shop for a second opinion. They looked at the back glass and informed me it is aftermarket, not OEM. And if the glue would of been replaced instead of reused this would of not happened. I am out $610 because of my choice to put my trust in this company since I had to replace my phone after...
Read moreI have an Iphone SE with insurance warranty. The screen cracked a few months ago and I didn’t bother replacing it because the insurance said it’d take about 2 weeks and I can’t be without my phone that long. The damage has been steadily getting worse to the point that a big chunk of glass peeled off yesterday. So I initially called UBreakIfix and they quoted me $250 to fix, so I called Elite Phone Repair next and they gave a price of $50 and 15 minutes repair time. I drove right over and DeJuan (I think thats how its spelled) fixed it in under ten minutes. I had no idea it was that fast and easy to replace a screen. I absolutely recommend this place for repairing anything they claim...
