I had an absolutely terrible experience with this RC hobby shop. The owner and associate there are rude and very disrespectful. They seem more interested in making a quick buck than actually helping their customers. They pushed unnecessary products on me, and I ended up spending a lot more than I should have on things I didn’t even need.
The owner told me to cry about how I was disrespected for wanting to help improve grow the community by offering opinions on what would help draw people in to foster a local race community. Instead, my opinions fell on deaf ears.
I also took my broken RC car in for repair as it never worked since I had overpaid for all the parts and waited over a couple of months for it to not be fixed. The associate there gave up on trying to fix it and I was out $600 for a paperweight that didn’t want to steer properly. I’ve seen customers drop RCs off and heard them talking about how they claimed it was fixed but yet again, it was never even fixed so they wasted more of their customers time. Their repair service is slow, unprofessional, and frankly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Full Story: I’ve got to say, I’ve been to a few hobby shops, but this one really stands out. The moment I walked in, I got an important phone call I couldn’t miss, so I stood off to the side to take it. Sherry noticed I was holding my Slash 4x4, came over, and started inspecting it while I was still on the phone.
When I finished my call, she immediately told me what was wrong with my car — I didn’t even have to ask for help! Not only did she identify the issue, but she also pointed me to the exact parts I needed. Chris then took the time to educate me on the system’s dos and don’ts, breaking everything down in a way that was easy to understand. Especially since im familiar to Nitro cars and new to the electric world.
After I bought my parts, Chris even had me test the truck to make sure everything was running perfectly.

Read moreI do not have this particular hobby, but I was invited into the store by a patron, "Lucky," after I struck up a conversation about his truck. I was welcomed in with jovial greetings and a great sense of welcoming while in the store. The clerk and the patrons were exceptionally friendly, going so far as lending me, as well as teaching me and my girlfriend how to use the cars. 5/5, if this is a hobby that I had or wanted to get into, I would find this to be the...
