Since moving out of town, when I come back to visit family, I try to go here to get a good workout in by spending a little on either a day pass or sometimes a week pass depending on how long I’m staying. I always enjoy their equipment, especially their assortment of treadmills (however, at least one of them has a fan that doesn’t work, so I was sweating buckets a few times in the high humidity!!).
Aside from the broken fan, my only complaint would be that I’m charged inconsistently for the day pass. Depending on who’s there, it’ll either be $10 or $15. I can be okay with either one, but if I’m charged $10 in one instance, it becomes a little annoying to be charged 50% more in another instance without giving any justifiable reason. I’ll still continue to go here when I can during later hours because the location is in a relatively safe part of town, but I’m also considering moving over to Planet Fitness (always $10 for a day pass) if I can make it...

After 2 months I'm proud to say I've lost 19lbs and I have another 32 to go. If you lack the self motivation and time for long workouts, use these 30 min classes for the intense/short workout. The gym membership costs more but its so much easier to use this membership since they...

You, too, would benefit from training at Exygon, especially with Shelley or any one of several other excellent trainers who are available at the gym. Every one of the staff knows me by name, and all of them have been encouraging me to "keep it up" these past 13 years. With their...
