I would definitely recommend Access Dental to my family, friends, coworkers and complete strangers . They provide a level of service that is unmatched in the Dental industry. This was the most calming dental experience with no anxiety or pressure to get unnecessary procedures done. The front office staff was welcoming, the Dental Assistants were accommodating and aware of my needs at all times. Dr. Durr is calming and the friendliest. Upon my return for an appointment, I found that most of the front office staff had been replaced. This lady was rude and impatient with me while the dr sat off to the side listening to me basically beg for suggestions on how to maintain my oral health. I beg to differ with the previous reviewer. This is not the Beaumont Dental Associates that I have been going to for at least 15 years. The efficient staff is extremely polite and helpful, and the dentists are among the best and most qualified I've ever known. Members of the staff are always smiling, the dentists know how to make patients feel comfortable and at ease, the waiting room magazines are always up-to-date, and the place is spotlessly clean. Indeed, I would recommend Beaumont Dental Associates to anyone. Their work is top of the line, and their fees are very reasonable. Dr. Durr is amazing!! He took his time with my sister-in-law. He was gentle and kind. He had to pull many of her teeth before measuring for her new dentures. He made sure she had as little pain as possible. He took his time getting a wax mold made to ensure proper fit. Once she received her new dentures, she was so happy!! We have been back one time for a minor adjustment and he was just as kind & gentle. He resolved the issue immediately. I would definitely recommend Dr. Durr & his staff.
