Hands down the best overall buying experience with jewelry. If you are in the area or out of town and you are shopping for any type of jewelry, don't go anywhere else but Matthews Jewelry. When I first met Michelle she helped me with a beautiful engagement/wedding ring! Michelle, personally, and along with her team walked me through the whole process with care, exceptional knowledge and I really felt as though I was their only customer. For this big of a purchase you want to know you are getting more than just a ring and it's exactly what I received. This is one of those types of purchase where the customer service outweighs cost. We followed up with purchasing wedding band and my wedding ring. Between Carlee, Skylar and even Michelle anytime I call they go out of their way to continue taking care of me and the jewelry I have purchased. Here's the thing you should know if you are looking for a great jewelry...we live in Forth Worth/ Dallas and I would gladly drive to Beaumont to purchase more jewelry. To add, Michelle without hesitation still takes care of the little things even though it's been a few years. Just recently, regarding customer service, we needed some work done on my wife's ring. My wife drove 5 hours to Matthew's where Michelle worked us in with her jeweler and guaranteed we could have it back by the end of the day. Not to mention, she had the ring replated. My boyfriend and I went in a few months ago to look at rings. The owner helped us and seemed to be extremely helpful as well as extremely knowledgeable, took down my information and everything I wanted in my custom engagement ring. She stated that she would come up with a design with everything we talked about and we NEVER heard anything back! To say that I was upset would be an understatement to say the least. What can I say about my experience with Michael & Michelle? I can say that we have purchased several pieces from them and each time was amazing. My most special moment with Mathews was when my husband had Michelle design me the most perfect wedding band. I had been hospitalized for several days and on the day of my discharge, Michelle had my beautiful band waiting for me.
