I went in today to grab some wraps and didn’t realize I picked a nicotine item. I’m 18 and so she started telling me I couldn’t buy etc. but as I’m trying to explain that I can put the nicotine item back because that’s not what I even wanted and that my id was in the car and I just had to grab it. But the lady wouldn’t even let me speak, she kept interrupting me. If I could it would be a 0/10. I come all the time to lunar and to get treated like that hurts. Edit* It’s funny cause my boyfriend is the same age as me, WE DIDNT WANT TABACO PRODUCTS AT ALL. Lordy, it doesn’t even matter cause I won’t be back, the attitude in this response is crazy and shows that I’m right.and he walked in with both of our licenses that shows we’re 18+ . I stopped in the shop to replace a glass piece I had broken. After a very short convo with who turned out to be the owner (I'm horrible with names and can't remember his) I quickly found something that made me very happy. After further conversation, I shared with him how special the pipe I broke had been to me, to which he asked to see a picture. After looking at my picture, he told me that he could make me a pipe similar to what I had. I was literally heartbroken when I broke my pipe and he completely turned my world right side up. Owner has a dual personality. First day I came and he was super nice friendly, I was able to look around and touch things. Next day, he was in a bad mood, yelled at me several times for things he told me to do the day before. Store is small, avoid when more than one car there. Prices are reasonable. Am confused by his custom glass. Seems like two different artist at work here. Some pieces are big and simple, others are finer more detailed. Asked for a custom piece and when I went to get it, it looked whipped up quick, no patience or love for the art. I was really hoping to like this place but not sure I will return.
