$15.50 for thin crust 1 topping large pizza that only feeds 2 people is a rip off for such a light pizza. It cost over $50.00 for a family of 4 to eat such a skimpy cheap pizza needing to order 3. The Pizza taste great, and should be $10.00 each for such a thin pizza. They never offer a buy 1 get 1 for 1/2 off or 2 for $20 deal. 3 little 1 topping pizzas to go for $46.50 plus tax without drinks is just way over priced. Start offering bulk deals at fair price and people would enjoy more. Even if you did buy 2 large get 1 large free, it still pricey for a thin pizza but more fare at $32.00 for 3 of the 1 topping large pizzas, but nope, it's ($46.50 plus tax) even for a carry out. They do taste better then the places with $5.00 pizzas that actually weigh more, but no way worth $46.50 for 3 and never on special for bulk purchases. I forgot to mention how rude the plus sized elderly waitress was when i asked if they can leave in larger slices but then brought it cut into tiny pcs. She said we will see, then brought it out all cut into mini bite sized slices and we thought drinks were refills but nope, She charged us each. The pizza is fairly good for this area though, Just not...
Read moreWhile the food here is excellent and the prices are just as reasonable as any other restaurant here in Beaver Dam, I do have to say that I'm thoroughly disappointed with the customer service I received over the phone and the fact that we waited 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES for our food to be delivered. 80 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and 1 order of fries. I understand that Saturday nights are BUSY having been a bartender, server and former fast food manager at various points in my life, HOWEVER some kind of indication of the wait time would have been appreciated. At the one hour mark I called the restaurant to ask how much longer we could expect to wait. The gal on the phone was shouting to the kitchen (and into my ear) to find out whether or not the order had left the restaurant and told me it had left several minutes before I called. After I thanked her for her assistance I got a "yep, bye" and a hangup before I could say anything else. ANOTHER 20 MINUTES PASSED BEFORE OUR FOOD ARRIVED. I can't say enough about the food- it's delicious, but this isn't the first time I've received terrible service and waited a very long time for my food. I don't think we'll be returning any...
Read moreOrdered a 16" pepperoni pizza, cheesy garlic bread, a cod dinner, pickle fries and wings. The pizza was dry and didn't have enough sauce, was horrible and threw over half of it away. Cheesy garlic bread was pretty good. The cod had too much breading and was overcooked, on top of their not being not much meat inside to begin with. They also left out the coleslaw and 2 sides of ranch that I paid for. The pickle fries were disgusting and the bag they came in was all grease, like they dumped them in straight out of the fryer. Tossed these straight in the trash. The wings were pretty good and meaty but they also left out my honey mustard sauce that I paid for. Called me after we had gotten home and started eating to say they forgot the slaw and sauces. Offered a discount for my next order. I won't be back, would have rather had a straight refund for at least half my tab since it was over $45. Park Plaza used to be the best in town. Extremely disappointed as this was a choice for a birthday meal special occasion. From now on I will just go to Casey's. Could've eaten there for half the price and had all pizza and...
