Purchased a $3500 couch 6 months ago. Bought the extended warranty. Went to use that warranty because our ceiling partially collapsed and ruined parts of the couch, and the dryer we used was a little hot it burned some of the couch covers. We were told it probably won't be able to use the warranty because we dried the couch cover with a dryer, but the warranty covers cigarette burns rips and tears but not dryer damage? We were told it would cover everything. Now they change their tune. I'm all about giving small businesses my money because I own A small business myself. As a matter of fact, I own a business the next block over from them. They said they would get back to us and nothing. I cannot recommend them at all. The way they spelled my name in the ad they just sent me isn’t anywhere close- and I know they have the correct spelling as they were able to charge my credit card for a purchase.
