We were very pleased with Mattress by Appointment! We were able to get an appointment just a few hours after making the call. The salesman was down to earth and extremely helpful with our decision making. He was very knowledgeable about what we were looking for. I was very hesitant about laying down and testing it out but he made us feel comfortable and was very patient. I also loved that the appointment was private. Once we made a decision we were out the door with a new pillow top! It took less than an hour to select and pay. We were very pleased with the whole experience.
