I needed a unique arrangement for my Grand child Landon age 4 who passed away on May 17th. We are from Georgia and I did not know anyone personally that live in Bedford to recommend a good florist. But the Pastor's wife Sister Burton of the First Apostolic Church in Mitchell my daughter's family attended said to use Bailey's. So went decided we would give them a shot! My daughter ordered the casket arrangements, she had a specific idea and Bailey stepped up to the plate it was beautiful and sweet. I brought in dinosaurs and wanted a land scape arrangement centered around it. I wanted it to look realistic, Landon loved dinosaurs and Trucks! Then my sister ordered two stand up arrangements and brought in a metal truck for an arrangement to go in the back of it. She also had an idea of what she wanted how how she wanted it. I will say we were all nervous and worried that it wouldn't look like we had envision in our minds. But when we saw all the flower arrangements we were blown away we could not have been more happier with them!!!! So if you are looking for a florist in Bedford then Baileys should be at the top of your list to try. Thank you again so very much for helping a very sad day be a little brighter for us. I can't comment on their quality but I did order something last week for delivery on Saturday and found out today that it never got delivered. I called Bailey's and they said they called and left me a message but I don't have any messages or mixed calls. I'm not giving them a one star because maybe they do good work but I guess I'll never find out. Update on 7/18/24-I found out that the florist I did use gave it to Bailey's Flowers the order. Gave me the name of the person they talked to (Chelsea) at the florist. Apparently Bailey's didn't care enough about my order to fill and said they left the other florist a message. At the end of the day, my flowers didn't get delivered because of some type of @#$#@$ issue between Bailey's and other florists - it was not a money issue, they were offered payment. I'm now lowering my two star...

I ordered my mom this beautiful bouquet for her birthday. I ordered it online. l wanted it to be ready in time. I live out of town. I didn't want them to be stressed with late order that had to be delivered the next day. So I ordered it and they delivered it the next day, a week before the date I specified! When I tried to contact them, the phone rang once and then it since like a phone in a pocket then they hung up. No voice mail, no email to contact them. Is this how they conduct their business?! I've always went to Bailey's for my flowers. I spent over $75 for those flowers and they can't even give me a voice mail or a message saying they can't answer the phone?!
