TGS Audio — Local services in Bedford

I took a plug and play yulu android head unit to be installed. After the first visit, there was no sound. They told me they believed it was the wrong head unit for this truck. I contacted yulu who verified it was the right unit and informed me it was installed incorrectly. They then sent me installation videos and diagrams. The same diagrams in the installation manual that were provided. I brought the truck back the next day for them to fix again, showing them the diagram. They fix the audio host and cable. They tell me audio is now working and show me the radio works. I get home to find out that the radio has sound but nothing else. I contacted Yulu again, who told me the audio box was not installed correctly. This time I took it apart myself and compared the audio box wiring to the diagram…… It’s was hooked up wrong. I switch the wires and now have sound on apps and radio. But in this process I find they never hooded up the external mic for...

i’m not sure who answered my call on sunday september 14th at 3 pm. he was very short blunt which is fine. as i was looking to find a good quality amplifier from them i politely asked if they’d be willing to run after hours, the worst they could say is no. he proceeded to tell me “that’s not going to happen “ i tell him thank you none the less and before i could tell him i’d call back to schedule an appointment he hung up in my face. i dodged a bullet truly thankful i never proceeded with letting them service my vehicle. this is not newbie friendly shop thay will not take their time to throughly communicate with you....

I’m da guy with da silver bmw x3 man I nvr knew audio sound shop can make u feel like family I swear Dey got my Beamer smacking just wit 2 12s Dey did my whole set up doors & subs oh yea I get a lot of attention it’s crazy 2 12s people think I’m running 2 15s crazy!!!! everybody else wants to over charge Dey are very reasonable beat any price n CLE Ohio I had issue wit my car amplifier Dey literally hopped on on it right away fixed it no wires clean setup next I’m coming 3 12s look out if u want Quality & great work come TGS Audio...
