Dangerous Knockoffs Sold Here! Fakes galore!

I purchased a glass blunt here that was 100% fake. The metal began to peel off as a plastic wrap, yes, from “titanium.” I began to look into the exact product I bought and found out on the manufacturers website that the product I bought was a Chinese knockoff. It was missing the carrying case and the cleaner. It also had a huge red flag, with the absolute wrong packaging that indicated an authentic product.

I called the store and they didn’t seem to care. All I got was “Ah, ok?” Like this is my problem!

I’ve been living in Austin all my life and will never step foot in another Planet K, as they continue to put their customers health at risk.

This little shop feels homey as you cross the back deck to get from the parking lot to the front door. The huge mural on the fence in the parking lot helps prepare you for what it's like inside. At first it's overwhelming, neon signs everywhere, covering every inch of visible space, describing product offerings. But the friendly staff will help you find what you're looking for. As I waited in line to pay, I found my eyes be we're finally able to focus on one delightful display at a time. I made a purchase of a hemp preroll after driving off I was reading the packaging and discovered an ingredient I personally don't consume.i went back approximately 2 minutes later and the packaging still sealed to inquire about a refund. 2 minutes, and a sealed package. I was informed that a refund isn't within store policy. I won't be back, been a costumer of multiple locations for over a decade, Lamar, Guadalupe, stassney, research and Caesar Chavez. They will never get another sale out of me over a 13 dollar purchase. Odd decision. TEXAS HILL COUNTRY VAPE AND SMOKE right down the road across from HEB will be getting my business, they have better products anyway...
