I checked out Skin City Spa on Facebook about a month ago, they had a good deal going on with massages. My fiancé ended up buying me a massage with Jo since I have been stressed from the wedding. My massage was phenomenal and Jo was so fun to talk too! I definitely felt really relaxed and I highly recommend getting a massage from her!

My soon to be sister-in-law bought me a tanning package here as a gift so I could be tan for my wedding. I never checked out the other half of the building since the massage room was on the other side of building. I tell you what it is gorgeous inside! So much stuff to buy and so many cute decorations.

Everyone greeted me and was so nice. I felt already relaxed and felt like I have been going here for a long time and I knew everyone. The owner Amanda was absolutely amazing. She gave me a tour and explained everything they had a did there. I didn’t want to leave. Lol I have been going tanning there for a few weeks now and my skin looks amazing. Amanda has helped me pick the right lotion. Now I’m so excited to get into my wedding dress with my amazing tan.

I had decided that I love this place so much and asked last minute if they could do my hair for my wedding, and it wasn’t a problem at all. They got me scheduled right away with my matron of honor as well. Now I feel like my day will be extra special. Stacie(I think that’s her name) will be doing my hair and I’m really excited! I have been looking at her past hair updos that she has done and I can’t wait for her to do my hair!

I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a get away. This is my place to unwind, to feel so good about myself and to relax. They also have like everything you need here. EVEN A SAUNA!

I scheduled a spray tan before my trip to Jamaica at the end of December. We were heading to Jamaica for my 40th birthday trip and I don't do tanning beds anymore, but since it was the end of December and we live in Michigan, I really did not want to spend my time in Jamaica pasty white, so I thought I would try a spray tan. And OMG, it absolutely MADE my trip!!!!!! I know it sounds silly, but putting on a bathing suit is SO MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE with tan skin! Not to mention all the cute dresses I brought for the occasion, as we also spent NYE in Jamaica! It was worth EVERY PENNY, and more, to feel good in my skin that week! Not to mention Amanda was EXTREMELY thorough in her explanation of everything she was doing and her application of the tan itself. She even accessed my skin tone when she met me and adjusted the color of the tan accordingly! I have had many spray tans in the past, and I tend to pick up the orange hues of the tan, so I was very nervous to do this the day before we left for the island. But my tan was PERFECT! I planned a girl's day with my mother and daughter, and half of our time together was spent at Skin City Spa & Tanning Studio. We had a fantastic experience being our first time in an actual salon in a VERY long time. We chose Skin City because of the recommendations of others in the community. I am very happy we chose Skin City. Clara gave me new color and a fresh cut with Mary as her apprentice. The ladies did a great job! Mary gave me a manicure, and it was my first time trying the dip method, and she did a wonderful job. My daughter was thrilled with her new wolf cut and purple tips provided by Brittney. My daughter says she only wants Brittany cutting and coloring her hair! She also said Mary is the queen of nails! haha. Clara made my mom smile with a beautiful manicure, and might I add, Clara's nails are so cool, you can tell she is very creative! We had MANY laughs and it was an overall relaxing and fun experience.
