Horrible experience not because of the company but the person they have working for them. Ya we thought Evelyn was so helpful and friendly at first too but people who get commission are real good at faking the funk once the sale is made they show you who they really are. I went in interested in switching from cricket, and I told her that in the past I new metro didn't have good signal where I lived and she tells me " oh they have put so many towers up it works out there now, cause I live in the same area and I have no problems at all". She was so good she talked me into switching over. So we pay 250 bucks for 2 phones port our numbers over so can't go back to cricket and get home and not one bar of signal. I give her a call and told her our phones didn't have no signal her response was that the phones were free and she couldn't refund for the service, or to call metro maybe they can help and that was all her effort. We feel like we just got hustled and robbed for our money and got some phones to just look at cause we can't use them . If that was my store I wouldn't even have her working for me at all. Aside from making sales her job is also customer service and I strongly believe she has no idea what that is. We where wondering why someone would shoot the windows out but I think I know why...

I was having a horrible day and she took care of everything for me and to be honest, I have never had any good service from Metro in Belen what so and she hands down is your best employee their!

She is easily management and district management material. Also I want to say the woman she was with was very polite and nice and I cannot remember her name and I just want to say it meant a lot to me thank you!

P.s. Both of them have Bright Futures! If your employees are trained from Evelyn, your company will hands down be one of the best!

Worst place ever thet dnt help u nor do they care if they sell u a bran new phone that dnt work because it has a scratch they cant fix or replace or they will get points on there store against them so basically i paid all that money for a new phone that dnt work and had to eat it!!! I have never known a phone company to not help especially if the phone is bran new beware all u go some where eles...
