Subway — Restaurant in Belen

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would!! I went to this Subway which i have gone to a few times......and yeah it usually takes FOREVER for your order at the drive thru, which we have all tolerated a time or two just to get a somewhat healthy mean for lunch but this isn't even the bigger problem! I actually went in today to order (which is a faster way to get your food btw) they had 3 workers, and I understand the workload may be a little high at lunchtime. However, the male worker there has got to be the worst employee I have ever encountered in my life! He is so rude, I had to ask him if he was going to make my sandwich after the girl at her station slid it over to him. He changed his gloves (thankfully) and proceeded to take my order, he wouldnt even answer a simple question I asked about the pickles!!! After I got my food and paid (including tip like an idiot) I got my drink cup and went to fill it up, well wouldnt you know I accidentally spilled some of my drink! I went up to the counter to tell ALL 3 of them that I spilled and the guy immediately said THE NAPKINS ARE RIGHT THERE! I said EXCUSE ME?? he literally had the audacity to say it again with the manager standing right next to him....she said nothing! I grabbed some napkins hoping someone would at least come and put a sign up......NOPE! I was so shocked at the behavior at this place! I won't be going back! That was it for me, subway!...

If I could give service a 0 star a would. Roger was the most unwelcoming service ever. As soon as I stepped in no welcoming service. Then complained about me coming in at 9:43 pm. Stating if he Wasent out of the store by 9:00pm, he gets to hear it from managers. And would most likely be fired. He continued to say how “when he was young.” He would never come in if he knew people were closing. “When he was younger he put his his life on the line for others.” To which I replied “oh your a vet?” “No he said I got kicked out. “I was security” . He proceeded to say “now I’m gunna get fired cause I won’t be done/clockedOut/ or left before 9:00pm! “ also while I was ordering my food to be toasted he proceeded to complain about my choice of meal being toasted. And go on “back where I’m form we would never!” Most unprofessional, unwelcoming person I’ve ever take my food order! May b if he did beter “when he was young!” He would be working at such a place with a bad attitude! Your job you signed up for it buddie! I’ve had better service form 18 years olds. My receipt is for 8:50:36 pm one...

Horrible. Walked in it was absolutely filthy. The area where they make the sandwiches hasn't been cleaned at all, food pieces everywhere. Most vegetables were not there and the ones left were not in appetizing condition. The service was terrible. Black curly haired teen and a tall blonde teen with ZERO customer service skills. Listening to music in ear buds, not even attempting to interact with the customers, terrible attitudes acting like they wanted to be anywhere else. No manager on site and it was apparent the manager and owner do not care about this store. The girl wiped a dirty knife sitting in dirty water all through my sandwich. Worst subway I have EVER encountered. Would not be surprised if someone ended up with food poisoning from this location. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Get it together or this location will close. You need to supervise these kids you hire as they have ZERO work ethic whatsoever. Would give a negative review if I could. Better off driving to Albuquerque to get a clean store and good...
