Liquor USA — Local services in Bell Gardens

Came in to grab a waterbottle fresh out of withdrawing cash at the ATM (all 20 dollar bills) went to the register the guy was being weird staring at me didn't welcome me at all . Point is guy literally ripped me off and didn't give me my full change back 17$ w change , I didn't count it until I was going to give a homeless man some cash and then realized your cashier committed fraud once more and gave me short change I'm not one to complain but only giving me back 7$ rolled up now makes me think back that he was being sketchy...

Went to cash a check there last week but since I'm not a current customer I was asked if I wanted to leave it with them for a week until it cleared. Went back today and my cash was ready as Jock said it would be. My business there was handled and taken care of 100% satisfied. Greeting at first sight and customer service skills are excellent....

Soda i bought from there was expired from back in july. They didn't have any cold ones available and to be quite honest, their selection in drinks are not that great. The cashier tried to charge me a bag even tho i didn't want one and he got upset when i declined to accept it. Will probably never come...
