I wanted to give it a zero, but since the food is good, I'll give it a 2. YOLANDA has a freakin' NASTY ATTITUDE and that's putting it nicely. She acted like a big B**. Normally, even if people have an attitude somewhere, I wouldn't say this, but her's was so awful there's no other way to describe it. I know everyone has a bad day, but it was in the morning. She needed to go back to bed and wake up on the other side. To top it off she yelled at everyone to go wait outside when the guy cleaning told us it was open and the door was wide open, as well as the hours saying they were open. Then she gives my order to someone else that had a completely different order than mine. When I questioned her about my order she said that she had come out and said my order and the other guy took it. That I should've said something. How would I have even known? She made us wait outside! Another bad customer service move. She should make sure who she is giving the food to and that it's the correct customer. From reading previous reviews, I notice we're not the only ones that feel this way. Her job is customer service! So many people would love and need her job. If she doesn't like it, she should go somewhere else! Needless to say, we will. It was our first and last time there. Thanks to YOLANDA we won't be back and we definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS...

The chips and salsa were very good! I had the shrimp & octopus cocktail and it was ok. I ordered with avocado and it didn't have avocado, but they sure did charge it. I thought they hadn't but hubby didn't want me to say anything. The tacos de marlin were pretty good. I liked that the tortilla was very crunchy, it had grill lines. The hubby got a dish that was called something greñuda. He liked it. My son got the camarones costa azul which the only thing missing was the cheese inside. Waaaa!! They don't make them with cheese. Overall, I would go back to eat. I gave it 4 stars bc they forgot my avocado lol and bc they wanted to move us to a different table to accommodate a bigger family. I would've moved if it was right at the beginning when we first sat down but we were already sitting there enjoying our horchatas and the salsa and chips and the waitress wasn't that friendly...I would say thank you when she would bring something to the table and she wouldn't say you're welcome. Horrible service, they had a special on Monday for tostadas de ceviche. When I went in to let them know they did not charge me correctly, all three disgusting workers came at me so hard. I tried to explain that I ordered 6 tostadas in total. Purchased 3 should’ve received 3 for “free”. Well they DIDNT! They charged me 5 tostadas. Then as I was discussing the bill with the employee who served me. The other 2 employees got involved saying “te las tragaste verdad, te las tragaste, entonces ahorra paga” Keep in mind I had already paid! Horrible horrible service. I’ve worked I. The restaurant industry. I get it, it’s hard. But cmn! Trying to support local businesses, just to get service like this 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
