Bell Gardens Big 5 has to be one of the few sporting goods compared to others in this area. 1. Any or more often 2 employees are willing to stop what there doing and help with the items you are looking for or will try to acquire what your looking for. 2. Communication between workers is very impressive due to each one willing to help each other out. 3. Finally on a personal note I had an item that was at another store and this manager was willing to pick the item up for me since as he said " I live close bye I'll pick it up for you". WOW!!! Good crew good employees and great Managment. ...

Even tho the store is pretty well organized..the staff is helpfull depending on what I look like....As I came into the big 5 store I came in dressed like someone of a lower level class and was automatically treated like I was up to no good . typical stereotype because of the way I was dressed . I tested it out by coming 2 days prior I was dressed more suitable for society's eyes I was not bothered or harassed the staff here is questionable for the most part and had many sarcastic snide remarks that really surprise me...a bit rude to be honest...and no good deals...

This Big 5 is in a great location . I love this area . My 3 isn't for this . It's for this . Open up the BATHR(😠)(😠)M , so that CUSTOMERS can use the BATHR(😠(😠)M . We are in the 2000's . Mike and Adrian the assist. mgr. , and the store mgr. Deneatte need to acquire better people skills . Christian the cashier can pick up her energy and be better and others . The workers who are G(😀)(😀)D and I prefer to deal with are Chrystal and assist....
