Parkwest Bicycle Casino Brewery — Restaurant in Bell Gardens

Stayed at hotel for 5 nights and found ourselves dining here at the Bike Brewery every day due to the outstanding service and value. Great breakfast in room service, but even better breakfast buffet spread for one price. Didn't get to do lunch there but sampled a pastrami sandwich for dinner one night and it was deeeelish. The appetizer selection was plentiful and also delicious at reasonable prices. Dinners were great too. Really wanted to try the tomahawk but my wife was avoiding beef so I didn't do it cause I could never possibly finish it. The rib eye was perfect, as were the paired sides of sauteed vegetables and mashed potatoes. Highly recommend the salmon which my wife enjoyed so much she ordered it on two occasions. Ordered thin crust pizza twice for my daughter, which I sampled, and it was fantastic. Slice held its shape with just the right amount of crispiness, flavorful sauce and tasty mozzarella. Got extra cheese and it was smothered. While not on the menu, I asked for a side of veggies tp go with her pizza and they brought a good sized plate for only $3 so if you like veggies, I highly recommend if your dish doesn't include it (pizzas/ pasta). I only had one dish that i didn't find delicious which was the Carbonara. Here in NYC my guys do it a little differently so it might just be my biased expectation. However, the pizza did not disappoint whatsoever. We only got one chance to try dessert which was the warm cookie with icecream and berries. Takes 20 minutes but...Amazing. Big enough for 3 or 4 to share in my opinion but my daughter and I devoured it. I'm sure their are other nice places we missed out on but anytime we were back in the hotel area, we ate here. I highly recommend this place. There are weekend specials that we didn't get to try that looked fantastic so give them a look if around on a weekend evening. Title: Disgusting and Traumatizing Stay – DO NOT BOOK HERE

I don’t usually write reviews like this, but this experience was so disturbing I feel obligated to warn others.

I checked into Parkwest Bicycle Casino Hotel a few months back and was absolutely horrified to find BLOOD on the bed sheets and in the bathroom. Let that sink in—blood, in a supposedly clean hotel room. It was revolting, and made me question the safety and hygiene of the entire place.

When I brought this up to the staff, I was met with complete indifference. No apology. No urgency. Just attitude and unprofessionalism, as if I was inconveniencing them by pointing out something completely unacceptable. Not only did they not fix the problem, they made me feel like I didn’t matter. The front desk told me they only clean the room after 3 days of stay this was my first night there. After calmly telling the guy in front desk to please clean the room which they didn't they took the bed sheet off and threw it on the couch which grossed me out even more. The 2nd day I went and spoke to the manger her name was Dulce. Which was even worse because you could tell she was very unintelligent she first offered me a free stay which I happily declined I told her she couldn't even pay me to stay here then she promised me money back which till this day I've never received. This was a gruesome experience the staff could barely speak or comprehend English.

I felt unsafe, disrespected, and sick to my stomach. I couldn’t sleep there another minute. I left early and will NEVER come back!!!!!!!!!!!!!
