Niky’s Sports — Local services in Bell Gardens

Never buying here again. PLEASE don’t go to this place. Horrible place they won’t do refunds, even if you have the receipt or if it has been 10 days you got the item. The owner is rude and he doesn’t know how to take care of customer. My soccer cleats started to rip off the second time I used them. The owner told me that it was not his problem, and he didn’t do anything about. Never coming back to this place.

Never coming back. I said they started to rip off. I have never brought a pair of shoes for 100$ dollar that at the second time I used them started to rip off. And that the owner just told me that is not his problem. So pretty much he don’t care about customers. Maybe it’s because he’s selling fake shoes. Don’t go to this place....

This is by far the worst Niky’s Sports I’ve visited. Customer service has consistently been poor, including the attitude of the manager. A sales associate told us that any shoe listed on the Niky’s website could be price matched in-store, but that turned out to be false. When we tried to get the price matched, the manager refused and even suggested we go to a different store because they would “lose money.” If that’s the case, why are employees telling customers otherwise?

It was a complete waste of time. I’d strongly recommend shopping at a different Niky’s location where they value transparency and...

Honestly I would put zero stars if I could. I recently visited Niky’s Spots this week, and when I entered the store I was completely ignored. Then when I was browsing the cleats and decided I wanted to try on a pair, it took a while until I got some help. There were several people working and only one person was trying to get shoes. I felt in welcomed and the service was terrible for customers. Doesn’t matter if the place looks nice, I won’t spend any money somewhere that doesn’t attend to...
