Spent $600 on fuel and got a free shower. Pretty much the industry standard. Nice shower and a nice, eager to please middle aged guy offered a great service. After my shower I wanted to purchase a beer. The young heavy set kid asked for my ID. I know this is the way our world is moving so I handed it to him and also asked if I looked like I might not be old enough. I'm 62. After he informed me it was a company policy, which I knew, he started railing on me and putting the blame on the Big D corporation. When I asked him to be quiet and cancell the sale, he insisted on continuing. I told him it was his mouth that will keep me from ever doing business with Big D in the future
I DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO COMMON SENSE! OR WITH BUSINESSES THAT ENFORCE NO COMMON POLICIES! GOODBYE BIG D. IM SURE THERE ARE OTHERS IN TOWN THAT WOULD APPRECIATE MY LARGE FUEL PURCHASES.

Friendly staff inside, pumps work as they should, bathrooms are clean, concrete and fuel island are as clean as they could be, and food is fresh and hot. We travel through several times a year and decided this is our new spot to stop.
