Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Belle Fourche

Food gets 4 stars, because, well, it's just pizza. Service gets 4 stars because of the wait (see next paragraph for details). Atmosphere gets 3 stars because the cooking areas needed a good cleaning. (Again, see below...)

We called to place a delivery order, but no one picked up. So, since we were already driving back to our hotel we dropped in to place the order. Only one guy appeared to be working, and he looked overwhelmed and very stressed. A second guy appeared from the back, they briefly discussed whether guy #3 was coming in tonight, (guy #2 was snippy and defensive about it). Anyway, Guy #1 was doing ALL of the work, and he was removing items from the oven like he was a machine! He finally breaks away to hand over completed orders to other waiting customers, takes 1/2 of our order, rushes back to get more pizzas and cheese sticks from the oven, finishes taking our order with a stressed smile, and treats us like we were the most important customers in town. I wish I knew his name, because he deserves a medal! We offered to come back to pick it up because they were short-handed, and he obliged to take our delivery address anyway. Our order was delivered within average time, it was CORRECT, and still hot at our hotel door. So... Service and atmosphere were only 4's because the guy was basically covering the restaurant alone. I'd have given him 5's alone for maintaining good customer relations while under such...

My crew and I used to eat here for lunch all the time when they had the buffet. (Before Covid) Now the place is looking awfully run down. Sticky floors, tables, and soda area. Bathroom is disgusting. And the last time I was in with my two daughters, there was us and three other walk in customers who all ordered one right after another…..not a minute later I look outside and one of the two employees working is outside smoking leaving the other by himself to fill all these orders and the customers just standing there waiting. I understand when it’s break time and you’re looking forward to that but paying customers come first ALWAYS!

In conclusion I give this place less than a year and they will be out of business. We won’t be...

We arrived in Belle Fouche at 7:30,decided on pizza Hut, we ordered a large meatlovers, 8 boneless wings garlic sause,and brownies, we Pacifically asked for paper plates,napkins and utensils, when the delivery arrived we asked were are are plates,and napkins and utensils are, he said it wasn't on the ticket, I said ,I asked for them because the last time we where here same thing happened,.my chicken was upside down and sause all over the place..the driver ran back for the things we asked for but still forgot forks I don't know whom is managing this pizza Hut we rode in on our motorcycles we just wanted to relax and have dinner...I am not a cave woman,and Don't like eating...
