Subway — Restaurant in Belle Fourche

Worst subway! I'd give this place zero stars if I could. We tried the drive through (first time seeing a subway with a drive through) we went to order 2 subs and 2 pizzas. We were informed they didn't have any pizzas after we already completed our order. As we went to create another order the woman over the intercom tried to tell us she didn't need us to renter our original order only the replacement for the two pizzas. (We were only entering the replacement) so to avoid more confusion we drove to the window. The woman met us at the window almost yelling that we didn't need to reorder everything. We said that the additional sub was the replacement and she walked away without apologizing for her extreme rudeness. We received our sandwiches only to find the two juice boxes we'd ordered for our kids was missing. They must have been deleted with the pizzas. On top of all of this one half of my children's sandwich hardly had anything on it. Worst...

I space out my visits because every time I've gone here it's unpleasant. I keep thinking "the service will be better this time" and it never is. All the employees have attitude, are unfriendly, the dont smile or greet you, they are impatient, and seem like they all hate their jobs. Our most recent visit we went thru the drive thru, their full menu wasn't avaliable on the drive thru screen. We ordered then sat at the drive thru window for 20 minutes without any one even coming to acknowledge that we were there. We had to go in the store to get our order. Our single sandwich was gross, cold, and not what we had ordered at all. They only put about 3 of the correct items on it, forgot all the sauce and seasonings and the meat that was on there resembled something like bologna when we had ordered the Italian bmt with...

Walked into the typical small town western South Dakota judgment zone with my 80 year old combat vet grandfather whom is half native american from the start the girl with the earrings that make the holes in her ears big started with her snarling nose turned in the air rude were better than you attitude that's been passed on from generation of pilgrims to modern day pilgrimage. These people think there better than any one who didn't ride in on a broom stick. If your from outta state or town I'd never recommend stopping and eating here.
