I had a horrible experience with this company, I was told the process to get my Cuban passport renewed wouldn't take more than 60 days, however it took more than 90 days, even though they were limited in what they could do about the process, they were not helpful, everything I received from the staff was a lot of push back, they told me it was impossible to get an update since nobody was able to communicate with the Cuban consulate, I was able to contact the Cuban consulate in Washington DC myself and that way I was able to get updates. I waited for YOCUBA's call until I got tired and decided to call, my passport was ready, but I never received no phone call, or a whatsapp message letting me know, my passport was sitting there...

Avoid using them. What a terrible administrative staff they are in it just for your money not helping you. Please avoid going here at all costs. I recently used them and I was shocked at how they would hang up on you and simply give you updates on your passport. You are better just doing this on your own, this way you could track it on your own. They don’t care about you...

Muy mala experiencia, de seguro nunca mas regresare. No pienso que les importe mucho la perdida de una clienta pero quien sabe si continuan con la misma actitud al tratar al cliente, les traiga como consigo que muchos otros como yo decidan buscar otras opciones. En mi caso, mande tres cajas a finales de marzo dos y una finales de abril, la entrega fue justamente lo que NO se prometio o mejor dicho "predico", debo aclarar que en una de mis llamadas pidiendo actualización de mis envíos, cuando le digo a la empleada sobre la "promesa" que hacen de entrega de 35 a 40 días, me aclaro sarcásticamente que ellos nunca prometen, esta persona literalmente me colgó la llamada. Sinceramente me sentí que estaba lidiando con una tendera cualquiera en cuba que le importa poco lo que pienses, si te gusta bien y sino también.
