I tried to order potting mix online n it wanted to charge me $12 over the cost. And I'm a Walmart plus member. So, I went to Walmart to purchase 1 miracle Grow moisture control 2 cu ft bag, n it was on the outside cage n had none inside store. The cashier couldn't find the right cost in the paper book, n kept saying that she has no idea how to find the barcode for what I wanted. A team leader, asked an associate to go get 1 of the potting mix bag- I waited 20minutes for the associate to bring the potting mix n after that I walked my walker, to the outside cage, took a picture of the barcode, walked back inside to pay for the mix- I asked several associates, if I could scan the pictured barcode n ring it up myself, n everyone said" I Dont Know!" So, I went to self checkout, n scanned the picture, paid for it, n walked my walker back to the cage (because they were suppose to bring it to the senior van- that was waiting for me)& the associate didn't bring the mix to the senior van. I walked back to the outside cage, asked the associate to put the mix bag onto my walker, n I walked it back to the senior van. I seen n told the Team Leader, that the associate, was a no show w/the mix n that I could work here, because everyone I asked, said "they didn't know" & I told her I dont know either. There was no - let me check. VERY...

I was a little upset because I am handicap and saw a scooter out in the parking lot dead. Sure could have used it. I let them know about it but it was in vain. No one wanted to be responsible in getting back inside to charge. I chased down a customer as he went to his car, then took his. Battery so low it didn't want to make it back to the store, but it made it. I left after about 3 aisles cuz it needed charged. I know it's even harder during holidays and also inconsiderate customers who don't return the scooters to recharge. I did think of a possible "GIFT" WalMart might give their customers, to make their shopping easier and more effective. A shopping guide, a mini map, to help shoppers looking for an item. I was looking for cherries for pies but only found the other kind. By the time I found the few items I needed, I was pretty tired. Instead of handouts, we could find it online....maybe. I did find a lot of Christmas spirit at Green Mount WM and...

I LOVE WALLY WORLD... ANOTHER NAME FOR WALMART. THE BELLEVILLE LOCATION IS THE BEST LOCATION IN THE IMMEDIATELY LOCAL AREA. I PERSONALLY KNOW ALOT OF THE PRODUCTS THEY CARRY BECAUSE OF THE FAITHFUL COMMITTED EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE BEEN THERE FOR OVER 20 PLUS YEAR'S.

THOSE THAT WHICH I AM TALKING ABOUT NOT ONLY SHOULD BECOME A MANAGER BUT BE OFFERED A POSITION IN CORPORATE OFFICE....THAT IS JUST HOW THEY TRULY BEEN A BLESSING TO ME.

I WOULD NAME SOME NAMES BUT I HAVE DECIDED TO WRITE A LETTER IN WHICH ALL OF THEN WILL BE MENTIONED IN THE LETTER.
