Iāve called the office a couple of times over the last few months expressing my concern over my car premiums raising significantly. I started comparing other companies although, Iāve been with Kate a very long time. I didnāt feel like anyone seemed to care. Last week when I purchased a new car, I spoke to Connie and asked for my declaration pages. Connie asked if she could look into my concerns and follow up with me in a couple of days. Today, Katlynn has been following up with me, giving me different options and saved a customer. Although, the car premium is a little higher than competitors, the house insurance was a better rate once we ironed out the details. I feel like Katlynn dug deep into all 6 of my vehicle policies and cared. As a customer service manager for almost 20 years, Connieās ear and initiative and Katlynnās drive is what is retaining me as a customer....

I had the good fortune of finding this agency through a family referral while shopping for Rv coverage.
I was so impressed with their delivering on everything I asked for regarding my RV, that I switched my car policies away from my previous carrier to Kate's State Farm Agency.
Not only was my RV premium surprisingly affordable, I obtained more coverage and add-ons than my previous auto carrier offered, and my cost for the new auto policy dropped significantly. And I do mean significantly!

They are the very definition of a "Bait and Switch" operation. We had been working under a quote for more than 2 months and they switched it at the 11th hour. We found out about it while we were at the title company for closing.
