Like many others, I usually will pick to eat at chick-fil a over other fast food places. Since moving to the area, my choice has changed. Iāve visited here more than 3x times and each time Iām missing something. I usually donāt make a big deal because I know people make mistakes. This last visit though has been the worst. So I order over $50 in food. Everything went well until I got home. I checked my food and noticed that my food seemed over cooked or burnt. Like as if has been sitting. My kids wouldnāt even eat their fries because they were over cooked, dry and hard(we are by no means a picky family). I then check my spicy chicken sandwich and was in shock. It was way over cooked and very very brown looking along the sides. I was disappointed because I was hungry and had to drive all the way back there. So I call and ask to speak to manager who was the one that answered the phone. I tell her what the problem is and ask if I can come back and get a sandwich made FRESH. She says yes thatās fine. So I was like okay, Iāll be there soon. She hangs up and not once did she ever say sorry or even sounds as if she gives a flying f*! So I finally drive back, thinking okay, Iām about to get a fresh sandwich and maybe an apology. I return the sandwich and the guy at the window tells me I can keep it. I say no thanks because itās burnt and Iām not going to eat it. He takes it and throws it away. The manger then yells to the back, I need a spicy deluxe sandwich! I tell the guy at the window to tell her no tomatoes. She then yells to the back, and says āitās the one I was telling you aboutā and sort of laughs. She not once looked at me. She actually seemed really mad that I even complained. So the sandwich was made and she hands the bag over to the guy in the window with an attitude. He then says sorry to me even though it was not his fault. I then drove off. My problem is, as a manager she should of came to the window and at least apologized and handled the situation instead of leaving the crew member to do it. Poor representation of a manger, named Paige. I rather drive to Fairview which is out of my way before I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDISGUSTED!!!!!!! Stopped by this Belleville location to get a quick meal. Asked for no ice in my lemonade because i ddint want it to be watered down by the time i made the drive to my destination. Got the drinks, guess what not just ice but tons of ice, to the point the cups were heavy. I told the lady, it is supposed to be no ice, she walked away (said nothing), came back handed the drinks and walked off. They didn't put my sauces in the bag but she was gone already, so I just left, not going in for it, came through the drive-thru, for a reason. Purchased a with meal mac n' cheese for the side. Took a couple bites on the drive to my location, then decided I'd eat the rest with my strips, once I got to my location. At my location, give everybody their food. Take my food out, get ready-to-eat it. Pick up the macaroni, put a fork of it in my mouth, go to get another fork of mac n cheese, a long string of hair. The string of hair was so long, it was intertwined through the mac n cheese! WTH š¤¦āāļø I'M DISGUSTED, LOST MY APPETITE, WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY!!!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE CHICK FIL-A!!!!!!! š¤ I would like to add, the young man, who took my order was very sweet and gave good...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have a new respect for Chick-fil-A and it has nothing to do with the food. Don't get me wrong the food is really good but what impressed me the most was the service, understanding, and patience that was shown by the workers. I took my nephew that has special needs out to lunch or more specifically he took his grandparents and me out to lunch. We are working on money skills this visit and the individual that was helping us to place our order was very patient and understanding of this taking a while as my nephew had to calculate what each item cost, what the estimated cost would be, and what change he would get back. As this was taking place and took some time, the other workers stepped up and helped the other customers. Talk about team work. I greatly appreciate that we got person to person interaction and not having to interact with a kiosk to take our order. I wish I would have gotten the young man's name that helped us, but I am so thankful for his service. He truly went above and beyond what he is required to do. Thank you Chick-fil-A at Green Mount Commons FSU (#02856) in Belleville, IL for all that you did to make this a positive experience for my...
