TERRIBLE customer service. Whoever the manager is at this location at the time I called literally needs to be re-trained on the way you handle people. A guy answered the phone, I inquired about a reward to turn in for a free pizza. He wasn't sure about it so he begins to ask his manager while we're on the phone. You can hear her yelling with an attitude from the back. She grabs the phone and before a greeting, before an introduction, ANYTHING she proceeds to agressively say "Where are you located?" I told her my home. She proceeds to rudely tell me how I shouldn't have the coupon because it's only for certain establishments. It's not my fault I received a coupon I wasn't supposed to have and in fact it was the very reason I was calling to verify if they would honor it. What wasn't necessary was the attitude she gave me. It is honestly sad how people in a customer service industry seem to have no training on actually how to speak to someone with some decency. She should be ashamed of the way she representated that establishment. I will NEVER buy from this location. Hope your attitude...

I have been a regular customer at this location for 4 years and have always raved about their service. However, my last 3 orders have been dissappointing. Like every other restaurant these days, everything has declined. My most recent experience I ordered an epic stuffed crust sausage pizza, and it arrived without cheese on several sections. The dough is thin and there was what looks like a half eaten pepper on the side. When I called, the guy said they would get a replacement out, asked my name and if it was delivery, put me on hold, came back said "ok it's on order" and hung up on me. No confirmation of the address. My name always causes confusion, so I wanted confirmation that we were on the same page. They did redeliver but still had spots missing cheese. Do corporations care about their customers and employees anymore? If they did, this wouldn't be the standard of service across the board now.

Called and I was told they could not send out a correct order because they were short drivers and they gave my order to doordash to deliver for them. Will who said he was the manager stated that I could get my order replaced free on another date and that he would have everything saved under my number. Called today and he got upset that I tried to redeem my order and left me on hold for 6 minutes. I called back and he kept hanging up on me so I went to the store. When I arrived he snapped on me very aggressively. I called corporate and was told that he was not listed as a manager and of course apologized for Will's behavior. They gave me my order number and said for him to look it up and he snapped again. I definitely can buy what I want but I obviously refuse to spend my money or allow someone so irate to fix my food.
