Extremely unprofessional employee. Looked at us like we were crazy when we asked about a specific phone in a color that we had just seen on the website. Seemed almost offended when we showed it to him on the website. Told us he could call to see if it was available and if it wasn't he could backorder it for us. Asked us to write down an address to send the backordered phone to (Never said we were considering backordering it) and when we asked him to check you would have thought we asked him to run 6 miles in 100 degree heat with the eyeroll he gave us. We had a question about our bill and he wasn’t 100% sure what the answer was so he called customer service for us and got us an answe. I also upgraded my phone that day and it was a smooth, quick process. He seemed to be very knowledable about the service US Celluar offers and about the phone I upgraded to. We live in council bluffs so normally we go to the council bluffs store, but i work in bellevhe and we stopped in the Bellevue store over my lunch hour and I am glad we did! Typically getting a new phone feels like a chore, but the 2 women working were so light and personable, it made it almost fun! I was in the the week before and there was a young gentleman who had helped me who was also great to work with. Top notch staff at the Bellevue, NE location.
