This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in! If you're looking for a hotel that feels like an escape from the big city where you can unwind and feel at home, this is it. The minute you walk in, you feel calm vibes all around. The color pallete is soft earth tones throughout. The rooms are impeccably clean and are outfitted with tons of smart technology (thermostat, lights, curtains, etc.). You can cast anything from any streaming service on the TV, which is a rare find in hotels (usually, you're lucky if a hotel has Netflix). The bathroom feels like a spa - all beige tones and soothing stones. I have to reiterate how CLEAN everything feels - that is even more of a rare find! The cavernous shower is incredibly relaxing. The 4-story gym is unparalleled - no hotel has fitness offerings like this. However, the hours aren't ideal if you only have time for late night workouts. One other downside is the location - you can't really walk anywhere off-property for food, coffee, or groceries at your convenience. You'll need transportation. Overall, this hotel provides a luxurious, relaxing spa-like experience, and it is well worth the stay.

This is a well-maintained small hotel with a nice sports club included. If I were someone visiting silicon valley of greater seattle (aka Bellevue), I would totally stay at this place. The sports facilities are too nice to pass - swimming pools, gyms, hot tubs, basketball courts, tennis courts. The hotel section is small, but nice renovated. They offered free continental breakfast in the meeting room / study room - not much food selection but just cold bakeries, juices, yogurts. One main caveat - they dont have any food service past 8pm and I had to order Uber eats for food. I was given food coupons but could not use them. The front desk explained this is a small hotel so not economically viable to maintain a room service team. Well sure but this is also a high-end business boutique hotel in the center of Bellevue - I’d expect food to be available at least before 9pm.

The irony of this place being a 4 star hotel by rating technicality, while the attached club (which is included with the hotel) offers some of the nicest facilities and amenities in the entire region, is palpable. Great place for travelers with health and wealth in mind. This hotel is a treat, the gem that is Bellevue Club is pretty great as an add to an already comfortable facility. They even added a chauffeur service for free luxury rides within a few miles of the hotel, like downtown Bellevue. Professional and polite staff - rooms are spacious and thoughtful. Weekend stays include a dining credit at the club restaurant, very tasty brunch after using the facilities, which include pools, basketball/pickles all, multiple gyms, yoga, tennis, and so much more. Very boogie and enjoyable experience - if you have a membership, the hotel is also discounted!

My husband booked this hotel under his name to celebrate Mother’s Day for me. We were there for the Mother’s Day weekend from Friday to Sunday. The hotel has great facility and tasteful design of infrastructure. The food at the restaurants is excellent. The entire stay was pleasant until the last day. Our check out time was not until 1pm, so we decided to leave our luggage at the hotel room and used our time to browse around the hotel in the morning before checking out. We told the front desk and the valet and the manager that we are not checking out but just going out for breakfast. My husband was also asking the manager Julian about $250 charge on our credit card. We were double checking if it’s about the food cost, but Julian said no. Julian said it’s additional charge other than food, but will email my husband about the details of the cost. So we left the hotel to get our breakfast, but later on when my husband called the front desk to ask about $250 again since he didnt’ receive email, then the front desk said it’s about the food cost, which means Julian was giving wrong information without checking into details. Then when we returned the hotel at 11am and wanted to change diaper for our toddler, we found out our luggage was removed from our room without our permission before our check out time. They also disabled our room keys and completely evicted us without checking with us. We talked to Julian, the manager again, and he said it sounded like we were checking out therefore he asked to remove our luggage. We asked him “what time is the check out time? And why would we leave without luggage and checking out and returning the keys?” He said “1 pm. I don’t know, sometimes people left before check out time.” We emphasized to him that we did tell the front desk, him and the valet that we were going out for breakfast and will return. His reply was “I don’t remember that part and I don’t check with the front desk or valet, I am only here for the weekend”

We then said to him, 2 unpleasant things here: 1, you provided wrong information about the charge on our credit card but denied. 2, you removed our luggage without our permission before our checkout time, how do you deal with it? Julian replied I will check with my manager and asked him to contact you.

Then we left the Hotel with unhappy mood.

Because of the 2 incidents above, I would say that although the hotel infrastructure is good, it needs better staff training to provide top...

Well I wanted to write this review because I'm still in absolute shock of how poorly ran the Bellevue Club is. My family & I decided to celebrate Mother's Day by going to the brunch they were having today. All of us including my Mother, were very disappointed to say the least. After we were seated, our server didn't even come to the table until we were halfway done with our meal. The food on the buffet was poorly put together with overcooked tenderloin, poor-quality frozen breakfast potatoes, hard-boiled eggs benedict, some side dishes that had zero-thought put into it and some seafood that was over-steamed. I guess the best thing they had on the buffet for $75/person was the omelette station that was made with liquid eggs. Honestly, I feel like it was a waste of money. My Mom & Wife weren't impressed and said in fact that they would of been happier with Denny's because at least there you know what your getting and it's not over-priced. In the years past at the Bellevue Club, the food was way better for the amount of money that they charge. The sad part, is that the food was just not prepared or cooked to perfection of $75/person. Last Christmas we went to a dinner party at the Seattle Yacht Club, and not only was the food immaculate but the service was good! Our server today at the Bellevue Club was lazy and rude. After today we certainly won't be dining at the Bellevue Club anytime soon. Such ashame because it used to be one of our favorite date-night spots for...

I had a bad experience at the Bellevue Club Hotel. My stay was marred by some significant issues. On the first day, I was given a room above the front ballet and passenger drop-off area, despite requesting a luxury room on booking with a balcony. It was noisy, and although management agreed to switch rooms, the new room's air conditioning thermostat didn't work. The technical team visited multiple times, including at midnight, but couldn't fix the issue. They even removed the batteries from the remote control at one point, only to switch the AC off, but it kept turning back on. They assured they ll turn it off brom main unit but it kept turning back on. i had to call so many times, so much wasted time in night. They eventually had to drag my bed away from the AC vent to fuse it off, wasn't a pleasant experience to have technicians in room at midnight while one is trying to sleep. What disappointed me most was the lack of follow-up after. I was promised a call at noon the next day, but it never came. No compensation or gesture was made to make up for the discomfort. A small offer, like a spa treatment, would have gone a long way in making up for the lost sleep. Until these issues are addressed, I wouldn't recommend the hotel for a...
