There is a serious lack of general training & customer relations training here that management needs to correct. I've been here at least a hundred times over the couple of decades I've lived here (with bland but ok service), but this time has moved me to write a review. Sunday Nov 25 @ apx 12:20pm In the drive thru we ordered one $4.00 chicken deal (comes with a blizzard) we added a sprite. The person didn't repeat the order but told me the total which was somehow almost $8.00. At the window they handed me the box and the sprite , took my card and returned it without a receipt. My daughter started eating as this food was for her. While they were still working on the blizzard, I (nicely)asked for a copy of the receipt, this was very difficult and took the employee asking for the managers help. When they gave me the blizzard and receipt, I looked it over and noticed they had overcharged for a different chicken basket price. There were three people standing at the window, one wearing the shirt that appears to be a manager shirt, then one employee asks for the box of food to be handed back (this was not done with haste or anything other than this is a duty of standard protocol) being a little taken aback and in the moment, I handed the open half eaten box of food back...the employee took one chicken strip out and threw it away, closed the box and handed it back to me. Uhh I looked at the managerial looking person and said did you guys just throw that away or? She says yes, you had one extra piece of chicken than you ordered. I was really left in a state of 'what the hell just happened?!?!' They were all deadpan serious and looking like they were confused that something else should have taken place that they were totally oblivious to! Read moreI saw the drive up line was long for the lunch rush so I decided to go in. There was no line on the inside to my relief even though I was not in a hurry. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch combo. By the time I found my seat and put my things down, the order person had realized I forgot my cup and ran it to my table. She proceeded to apologize to me. That was cool. I then proceeded to get my drink and by the time it was filled there was someone there with my food looking for me. She found me filing my cup waited until I was done then followed me back to the table to give it to me there. It was so fast, I questioned in my mind if it was even cooked. I opened the sandwich box and took a bite and went wow...that is cooked all the way and its juicy. I decided to wait and watch for a while.....can a fast food restaurant be just this good..YES! The staff people were constantly cleaning tables..the attitude of the staff was upbeat.. it was clean. All the staff including the manager were taking food to the customers. Whatever this DQ is doing other fast food restaurants should take notice and learn. This DQ doesn't have to talk about teamwork...they walk it..Managers if your reading this you should definatly pay your staff more than any other fast food restaurant in the county, they deserve it. I would gladly pay more for a burger or chicken sandwich to make up for the cost. I will be back..

Read moreMy 8 yr old daughter & I came to eat after her softball game tonight. We sat in the lobby and on our way out I ordered a small blizzard to go, after waiting 14 minutes with no one else in the lobby needing to be served I finally spoke up & reminded them we are still waiting for the small blizzard. Another couple of minutes pass and I receive the small blizzard only to see chocolate & strawberry all over the sides I politely ask for napkins to clean the sides & even though I'd like to say something I keep quiet & start wiping. As I'm cleaning off the sides the Manager named Heather very rudely tells me to move away from the counter to clean up the cup.( I was off to the side) I said im just cleaning up the blizzard i waited quite a while to get. She replied with " it wasnt even that long" I told her she needs to find a new job because customer service is obviously not the job for her. She then started saying something that didn't even make sense " you shouldn't be in customer service either" I said I'm not! I told her I'd be reporting her to corporate I've never been treated this way by a restaurant manager EVER my 8 yr old and I got her name and left but we will never return!
