They have officially lost my business because of their practices.
Went to buy a pair of toddler rainboots and came across a pair with a goodwill sticker on the tag. It was priced at 6 bucks from goodwill. Went to checkout thinking the price would be the same or really close, and they charged me 19.99 for them.
Instead of going to goodwill and being able to find them there for 6 dollars, someone from weeones went to goodwill bought them for resale and put them on the shelf for 19.99 and forgot to remove the goodwill sticker. Why?! Why remove the ability for someone in the community to buy then for 6 bucks. Then charge more than 3 times the amount they were bought for is an insane profit margin. I am an accountant, i understand needing to make a profit but the whole point of consignment to to provide a resource for people who cannot afford 20 dollar new boots not buy them from a donation store in the same town and overcharge at another.
I asked about the price after i checked out and was told to go pick out a different pair, no discount or refund offered (i had not left the line before noticing the price). Reluctantly I picked out a different pair, they didnt have anymore in her size so i picked the next closest but when i got home they didnt fit my little girl. Went back today to exchange them for a size bigger so she could at least grow into them and saw that the pair from goodwill were back on the shelf priced at 19.99 and the goodwill sticker was...
Read moreDon't sell there!!! DO NOT. They are shady and you will lose out. I went to go selll my diapers that my baby grew out of. And when I got to the counter the lady said in a really nice way "do you want to donate them?" I of course felt bad but also that that would be really nice if someone got the diapers if they needed them for free. So I was like "okay sure"... I decide to look around because I have time to kill and get to thinking.. do they donate them back? Or do they try to sell them. I pick up a few items in the store and when I get to the register I asked the lady, "if somebody donates, do you guys donate back?" She said "yes, we donate them after a certain time" so I said I just brought in a pack of diapers and the lady asked me if I wanted to donate them, do you guys just sell for the profit? And she completely went around my question multiple times. I finally said whatever you not understanding my concern and she just looked at me and said have a nice day with a fake smile. GROSS, THEY WANT YOU TO DONATE SO THEY CAN MAKE A PROFIT.
It's a great place to shop, but don't sell your stuff there, they will waste your time and probably...

Always have rain boots, gear, swimming floaties, and good spot to go for toys 1st.
(2024) I. I didn't realize you could ask for the stuff back that they don't choose. So I started to ask and slowly they took nothing from me. It has been quite a different experience as of the last few months they don't take hardly anything and I have been picky in what I bring even with toys only the best quality and made sure everything is very clean. I am glad I asked for my stuff back so I can pass it down to someone else but it's starting to get weird I have dropped off brand-new and when I asked they said they don't accept collar then I turn around to see collard shirts. I have reached out to talk to someone. We will see...
