Best range of free-weights you will find for its price, including deadlift platform, T-bar, rowing machine (cross-fit style), group training classes, a plethora of cardio stuff, stair masters, dumbbells up to 100 (maybe 120 idk), smith machines (if your into that), and 2 squat racks (good luck getting one during rush hours 5-7), and more ego’s than you can handle. This location is very clean and relaxing for a peaceful workout. I joined the personal training with Redwood Personal Training that is at this location and had my training assesment.with the training manager Pat, very friendly with an energetic outgoing personallity.

With his help we were able to set realistic goals to reach, with the right excercises to get us there while keeping me confortable and motivated. Pat definately seems passionate about what he does. Ive heard great stuff about Pat and his team from my coworkers which is what made me look into them myself.

I cannot say enough great things about work out world! I just started in the Redwood Personal training program. Today I trained with Patrick and it was amazing! I felt so motivated to kick butt for the rest of the day. Patrick was also so personable and easy to get to know which made the experience that much more enjoyable.
