CVS — Local services in Belpre

Used this Pharmacy years ago. Switched off to Rite-Aid after one of the pharmacists took over half my prescription. Got home and there was only 12 pills instead of 30. Went back and they said I must have lost them on the way home.

Forced to use this one again after Rite-Aid closed, already have had issues with them not getting my meds filled on the same day as one another. I get multiple meds and when one gets filled on the day it is sent in and the other isn't filled til the next day, they won't give me 31 pills to make up for the day they missed. Therefore I end up with one pill each month short, then the next month it's 2 days short, etc. It shouldn't be me suffering because they can't keep the medicine in stock. Tried calling them to see if it'd be ready, can't even reach them. You can only leave a message after successfully navigating a labyrinth of robo prompts. They were supposed to call back within an hour....

I was at the drive-through December 23rd, 2019 before closing and the pharmacist refused to fill my prescriptions. My medications were called in days before and should have already been ready. Since there were several prescriptions, I asked the pharmacist to fill at least just the one I was out of. He was rude and uncaring. And I repeat, I WAS THERE BEFORE CLOSING! This is not the first time we have had troubles at this pharmacy. We transferred from CVS in Marietta to Belpre. At Marietta they were pleasant and always had my prescriptions filled and ready. On February 12th my son was released from the hospital with prescriptions called in from the hospital earlier that day. There were at least 7 people waiting for their prescriptions and others walked in, saw the line and left. My son is a Veteran and the pharmacy tech was so rude to him and told him he'd just have to pay for his prescriptions because she didn't know how to process his insurance and didn't have time to figure it out.
