Taco Bell — Restaurant in Belpre

I tried to call before leaving a review. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone number listed on the receipt. It 6 in the evening so they're definitely open. No cheese sauce was put on the spicy double chalupa and the cheesy fiesta "potatoes" are such dried up, burned, little lumps that I couldn't even get a metal fork to go into any of them. Here's a basic concept for any food service, if it's so burned you wouldn't eat it or its so dried out and burned to a crisp that it just simply can't be eaten at all, then don't serve it!

I keep trying to like this location because it's closest to home. They can't ever get our order right. A couple weeks ago we ordered and the supremes had no tomato or sour cream on them. Today I went through and the supremes had sour cream but no tomatoes. I checked before I left the parking lot so I immediately told them and the girl was very nice about it and said they would fix it, well the fixed ones had tomatoes, but no sour cream... I was afraid to ask for another replacement because when she gave me these replacements a guy was glaring over her shoulder at me like he was unhappy about the complaint. Sorry, but when I pay extra for something like most I'm expecting that, not less. Oh and there was only one other car there so it was not a mistake due to being busy either and the second time I'm sure was just out of spite and with look I was getting from the guy...

I ordered the steak grilled cheese nacho fry and paid almost $7, and it is really unfortunate that I ordered extra and it still doesn't even come close to how the advertisement looks. Sure advertisements are to entice customers into buying. But this comparison is outrageous. Also the customer service is terrible. When we asked how much a regular portion is we just kept getting told it's a small "it's a small portion". Someone in our group ordered a regular Portioned and got 9 fries. They also didn't get there cups for 13 minutes. "Fast food" and "sale service" at the belpre location has really...

Arrived last night around 9pm. The doors were closed but a group of 3 boys were sitting and eating and according to the service hours they close later. Well the girl in charge was sitting in the car with her boyfriend. We sat in the car deciding what to eat. The girl gets out of the car giggling, tries to open the door but she realized she had locked both. One of the boys eating opened it for her. Girl proceeds to the back like nothing. I'm sure management is unaware that this behavior is happening. I would definitely give it zero...
