After going on line and searching for a mattress and a box spring or base, me and my wife were so confused. Prices were so different with each company each saying they were discount stores. But the quality also looked so different.Then we started making appointments brick and mortar stores. The sales people were very confusing.we didn't understand they each seemed to have some sort of angle to get us to buy something we weren't sure of. I asked my wife "why don't we try the mattress factory" I go past there every day on my way to work in the bridgewater industrial park bensalem pa. We went there no appointment needed. Our salesman Jim listened to to our situation with my wife having copd and diabetes.he showed us three different mattresses we were able to try them. This guy never pressured us but listened to thoughts. Jim was very knowledgeable and without a doubt we found a mattress very comfortable and reasonably priced. And purchased a adjustable base so my wife don't have to use so many pillows to stay propped up sleeping on her back because of her copd. Then we thought of my wife's brother who lives with us who is disabled and really over weight. His bed was pretty beat up. Our salesman jim was concerned about my brother in-laws weight and how long a mattress would hold up. He pointed us in the right direction with a mattress that would be comfortable and last years. This whole experience lasted less than a hour. We left there happy with price and great customer service! Had the mattress we wanted in stock and the staff made sure we got the mattress we really wanted. Price was less than what we expected to pay. Also love that it's family owned. We went here on a whim, literally driving near by and searched for close mattress stores. We had the exact mattress in mind (slept on it in an airbnb, had pictures of the tag), the guy we met (JCW?) showed us a very similar mattress (our pictured model may have been discontinued) then showed us other models (we were looking for the softest possible mattress). Sure enough the very first mattress he showed us was the one we ended up getting (was the softest) and we've slept on it for about a month and love it. Walked in expecting to pay about $1,000 for the mattress, got the exact mattress we wanted, and a top of the line cover, for less than $1,000 after taxes, haven't bought a mattress ever before, so can't say if that's a great deal but we got the mattress and a cover for what we expected to pay for...

I had the very pleasant experience of walking into the Mattress Factory, immediately being greeted by a wonderful gentleman named Chris. I told him what I was interested in purchasing and he directed me to exactly what I was looking to buy. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and so very helpful. He answered every question I had and provided me with information regarding the fabric, gel foam, back therapeutics, coils and everything you would want to know read mattresses. He found me a beauty at a great price. Sold!
