UPDATE on my Update, so went in yesterday the 18th was greeted at the door by another amazing staff member I forgot already her name and Iām so sorry āmarijuana affects the memoryā lol. But upon arrival she took us back and decided to pair us with Stephen who did a far better job and was definitely open and interactive and asking questions like what they should do as a budtender. I also want to say that all of the other members of staff were very proactive and sharing experiences are offering their viewpoints on things. Much better experience this time and we ended up walking out with good deal good buds. Now not a major thing at all and I know the staff will absolutely do and were going to look into it and I believe them but they were supposed To be a credit on hers and mine account and obviously mistakes happen and honestly not a really big deal because we still got a very good deal and saved plus the great service was worth the return trip. So this is actually a follow-up review from my girlfriendās previous review. We went into their a few days ago and upon entering was greeted with a huge smile positive attitude and a great sense of being. However that quickly changed when we got back to the budroom. The young lady we had from the start you could tell was already very not happy to be there she was complaining about not having lunch or a break or anything like that and I can understand being upset I can understand being tired, But what I canāt understand is how you have such a bad attitude when youāre in one of the greatest places in the world. I myself a huge connoisseur and having worked in dispensaries as well my job as a bud tender is to make sure you as a customer walk out with what is the best possible solution from you whether thatās me asking you whether you prefer Indica or sativa, if you prefer smoking or topical should you prefer an edible , What things work for our customers the best and then we offer them the best suggestion we have for their preferred way of consumption. We are expected to to make sure our customers walk out with a smile on their face and the medication they need Theyāre less than because they may be spend not as much as the next person or they may not have as much but itās not our place to judge that And make them feel less than. Thatās what this budtender did. She was in such a bad mood and assumed way too much to be honest my girlfriend was with me at The time and she wanted to immediately leave because of the attitude, I insisted we should at least get something because of the good deals The five grand Baller jars 25 bucks great deal, however I also wanted to buy two more ounces I wanted to get some edibles Things but with the attitude we received it was just like Iāll buy this and go. She had left a previous review that described it as an unpleasant experience. But this is where the story gets better Angela The manager took the time to reach out to us And ask us what had went on upon telling her the story She immediately had the solution and problem fixed. The fact they take their customers extremely serious Is a serious gold star for her. I want to personally reach out and Thank you Angela. Itās because of you and your exceptional customer service I will come back. And that young lady who we had walking in that day you need more of people like her she was absolutely amazing I wish I could remember her name to give her props and this review but I hope she knows who she is and again thank you very much Angela for taking care of the situation and us as customers you have 100%...

She told us about the specials and walked us to the back. Once entering the back thatās when the experience went down hill. As soon as we walked in we heard a bud tender complaining about not having a lunch and just attitude. We paid no attention and went to the bud tender that was available to help us. Thatās when we got the one who we heard complaining. Immediately from the start she had a nasty attitude with us, we asked her opinion being our first time there and she was rude and told us she not going to give it to us we need to get what we want she was hungry and wanted her lunch. I replied we can just wait for the next available bud tender we donāt want to inconvenience you anymore and honestly I whispered to my boyfriend I wanted to leave and go somewhere else where we are treated better. He asked about the fruit punch and her response was ā you canāt use the 40% off on thatā ummm ok it wasnāt about saving anything but what your opinion was, we came to shop and get what we needed a regardless of an additional savings or not we was their to try your product. Needless to say we will never shop their again and would not recommend it to anyone else. The cost for the same product you can get somewhere else with better deals but more importantly itās about the way you are treated and that is not going to be there. If it was my choice I would of left immediately but since we was there my boyfriend felt we had to buy something so instead of buying everything we wanted we bought one thing and left and did our business somewhere else.
