Sourdough House and Coffee Bar is an absolute gem!

Everything they make is crafted from sourdough, and you can taste the care in every bite. I tried their sandwich bread, a cookie, and the buttermilk chicken melt — and every single item was outstanding. The flavors were comforting yet elevated, and you could tell everything was freshly made.

The atmosphere adds even more charm. When you first walk in, you see the cozy drink bar, but then you turn the corner and discover a big, open, and welcoming space where the bakery and seating area are. It’s such a fun surprise! It’s also a great place to work or relax — there’s plenty of seating, natural light, and you can even see into the kitchen to watch the team making all that sourdough magic.

One thing that really touched me is how thoughtful they are toward families. There’s a little desk space for toddlers to draw and play, and they even have dedicated drink and food menus for kids. That kind of attention to detail shows how much they care about their guests.

Wow! Sourdough House, soon to be Sourdough House and Coffee Bar, had me at hello with the samples! Located in Benton Harbor, Michigan, their delightful selection of baked goods is simply outstanding. The freshness of the fresh-to-table flavors enhances everything, making it even more enjoyable! From their beautifully crafted breads to the scrumptious cookies and other treats, there's so much to look forward to. I can't wait to dive into their coffee!

The food is remarkable! The minute I could, I tried the bread with cream cheese, soup, and a classic BLT. The bread was incredibly soft and flavorful, you could sleep with it as a slow biting pillow! I'm excited to experiment with different combinations of their bread, as everything I've tasted so far has exceeded expectations. The cookies were phenomenal, too!

New Sourdough-based spot opening up in Benton Harbor, MI. All the goodies are made from a sourdough base, and they have a lot more than just pictured here. The quality is fantastic and taste just works for a lot of their offerings. Definitely recommend the banana bread the most, and these cheddar bacon biscuits work well for a diy sandwich!
