We had a great experience at the store. We love our mattress, But our adjustable base we bought was not the base we were shown. The one we were shown had massage on upper and lower base, the one we received did not. The salesperson was trying to save us some money and and told us the only difference in the base we were purchasing was the remote, that there wasn’t as many memory settings we didn’t realize the difference in the massage control. I called and was told we could change the base but for $350 more plus taxes and delivery fee. We would have probably paid the price at the time if we had been told what the difference was but for something that was not our fault I don’t think we should be asked to be out that...
