Went for two three piece chicken strip meal deals was told to pull around and they would bring the food out, they already handed us our drinks and ice cream sundaes. We waited 15 minutes before I got frustrated and finally went in because our ice cream had already melted while waiting. There was also at least four or five other cars pulled over waiting for their food as well. Once I got in there there was at least four workers rushing around and when I told them how long I've been waiting for my order they hadn't even started on it yet. To make up for it they handed me a handful of coupons which I thought were for a free meal deal but it was only for a free Sunday or money off of a mini blizzard. Like that doesn't already come with the meal deal?! They did replace my Sundays that had melted and I understand being short staffed but in my opinion they should have let the customers know what was going on before we ordered that way we could make our own decision on whether or not we wanted to sit there and wait for something that long or not. The last few times I've gone it has gotten worse and worse there I don't think we will be back the food's just not worth it anymore. I feel for the workers who are...

Love love love the strawberry cheesecake royal blizzard!!! And I got my man to start eating Reese's blizzard with peanut butter core and he's in love with them!!! They aren't stingy with the toppings like other DQ's and they are always so nice and friendly when I come through. Even when they're super busy, they are still very calm and get your orders right. AND they give free pup cups and Sonic makes you buy them!!! So me AND my furry baby's prefer them over Sonic every day of the week!! Mocha helps himself to the whipped cream on my milkshakes the whole ride home and he says it's FIVE STARS!!! Writing this made me want a strawberry cheesecake royal blizzard darn it!!! Lol. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I custom ordered an ice cream cake for my boyfriend’s birthday and when I went to go pick it up I was very irritated with the outcome of the cake. The frosting was smeared over the top, the writing was all different sizes and uneven, the printout was just slapped on there and not even cutout evenly. Then when I asked for them to attempt to clean it up, the manager seemed confused and like she wasn’t sure what I was asking for and was wanting.
