Anytime I would come in you could tell they gave off bad vibes, unhelpful, rude and overall a very unwelcoming presence. Now onto the REAL pisser. My partner who's just recently gotten into Magic the Gathering goes there every now and then to shop, mostly browse because they don't always have what he's looking for. Yesterday we went in to sell some cards or hopes on trading them in. While I looked at paints my partner was having a nice conversation about cards with one of the other workers, whom told him to come back the next day to sell them to the owner. Which we did, the next day I send my partner in and he immediately comes back out with this distraught look on his face and tells me that the owner says "So you were the guy being rude yesterday, you can leave." Now I was there, not ONE rude thing was said at all, my partner has a very hard time understanding social tones and cues and maybe the worker does as well but I'm not sure what could've spiraled in their minds to think this was okay. My partner was so genuinely hurt and confused on what he could've done wrong. He was always nervous going in because of their demeanor but was hopeful that one day he could make some MTG friends with them. I'm DEEPLY pissed off they made him feel so unwelcome. Safe to say they won't be getting his patronage anymore. We will be sticking to The Local Game Shop in Somerset from now on maybe yall can check it out and learn a thing or two about good customer service and how to run an establishment properly. (Edit: also tried to say that him asking how much something was then NOT buying it because the price was higher than he expected was rude......

And some neat arcade cabinets too! A nice place to stop in, chat about games, and maybe jam...
