On this date: 11-19-2018 I called in a carryout order of a Country Boy breakfast with OVER EASY EGGS, pancakes and bacon and an order of chicken strips and large sweet tea. I was told my order would take 10-15 minutes. We drove there. Waited a few minutes and went in, got 2 bottles of pop and proceeded to checkout (This was my first and last call in order.) I told the little lady I had a call in carry out order and she asked my name. I told her she took a minute and told me our amount including the pops. I scanned my card and she gave me my receipt. It was at the 15 minute mark and the woman stared at me, so I asked where my order was and she said they would bring it out when it was done and set it on a table and call our names. We moved around the store to find a place to stand. I was walking on my cane. I had chemo this morning which made me more unstable than usual. The 2 cashiers just kept staring at us. I gave my son the receipt and went out to move the car closer and sit a few minutes. I came back in at the 30 minute mark and asked the cashier how much longer it was going to be. She called back and said they were bagging it up. Finally at 44 minute mark the girl comes out and says she needs to go over the bag. We did she pulled out the major trays and said the rest was my breakfast sides. They left out the bbq sauce and would get it. I told her no we had waited long enough. We got home and had no biscuits but had gavy. Had no syrup. And my OVER EASY EGGS were hard cooked rubber. I am sorry but if you quote a time be on time. If you serve food get the order right. I paid my full amount. No utensils either. Maybe we were at a motel close by. What were we supposed to eat eat with. They didn't know if we were going home or...
Read moreThis makes the third time they gave me absolutely disgusting food. Containers dripping. Forgot some of my items. All I ask is for my order to be correct. And I give them precise details. It is not my fault they refuse to take the time to make it the way I ask. Both managers I spoke to were horribly unprofessional. Rude and so disrespectful. Told me I've returned my food 15 times in 2 months. I haven't been there but 3 times in 2 months. Talked to me absolutely horrible. I have never experienced something like this from any restaurant in my life. Was the most bizarre thing ever. I never write bad reviews on any place, but these people took this to a whole other level. The managers Regina and Jennifer escalated this entire situation. ALL I WANTED WAS MY FOOD MADE CORRECTLY. And I have always thought costumers were entitled to that. There is no need to act so horrible to someone. Just replace the food or give a refund. U DO NOT TALK BACK TO A CUSTOMER. TRYING TO MAKE IT MY FAULT. That is crazy town to me. Calling me names and telling me to go to another restaurant. All over wanting my food the way I ask for it. I will make the company watch the security cameras back over past 2 months to see how many times me or my roommate have been there to pick up food. I will never be back in this restaurant!!! And I plan on telling my entire family and everyone I know just how bad I was treated over a $40 order of...
Read moreBeen here twice in the last 2 months. Did not want to have a bad experience cause the one in London is awesome, but the owners at Berea need to get a handle on who does the ordering. Both times I asked for the breaded fried chicken, didn't have it either time. I asked my waiter why they don't seem to ever have what I requested she said well it's a very popular item. Then order more is a simple solution. Second time I went back was far worse then the first. One waitress trying to take care of one whole section of the restaurant is ridiculous at least 15 tables in the area I was in and no one had food. People were getting frustrated cause no food was coming out after about 20 minutes we finally got to put in our food orders. Since they were out of what I wanted I settled for just a chicken sandwich and fries. Food came out with no fries. When asked where the fries where the waitress seemed impatient and asked if I'd even ordered fries. Yes I think I know what I ordered. Goes to the back and comes back and says they haven't even put them in the fryer yet that if I still wanted them it would be another 5 to 10 minutes. I left $5 on the table and left. I did get a drink so that's what I paid for. I was so hoping to have the same experience in Berea as I did in London, but...
