poor customer service. I went and bought 3 vapes. When I went to the car I opened the blueberry one. And it tasted so wrong. I went inside I told him this didn’t test right. And he said it’s blueberry tobacco. I told him I don’t smoke anything with tobacco flavor. Anyways was my mistake. And of course he will not change it for me. It’s already opened. But when I got home I noticed that other vape had tobacco flavor in it. It was too late already went next day to just exchange the vape for other flavor. The other one was not opened. Also he didn’t want to exchange it. I left it at the store as he didn’t care he tried to argue about it not caring any less. And his excuse that these are cheaper in his store from any other store in the area which is a lie. They got selection, and good products, horrible workers. Didn’t get the guys name, was wearing a zip up hoodie, sweats and a beanie and really scruffy looking.

Worker in the store is a horrible vibe and rude. Very negative demaeanor and vocab. Tried to help him out with some customers and give my customer opinion to product; tried to talk out product with him and he just wanted me out. Was willing to spend more than $500 on product between cannabinoids, alt mushrooms, and glassware. Lost that sale and a customer due to his poor service. Saw him sell a bong before hand and not even try to show the customer anything for it.
