I have lived fairly close to the store for 5-6 years, have had countless visits now and have never once had a bad experience these guys set out to build a comic shop for all nerdy fans to enjoy and they have succeeded 10 fold whether you are into Funko pops (lots of grails), action figures and statues (high end, new, or old of all different licenses!), or comic book from all ages this shop is for you and you won’t find better customer service and will almost always be dealing with one of the great owners themselves if you have the time stop in I promise you won’t be disappointed! Notes: this shop has been a staple of the community for some time and has a very large selection for the space but for me that only makes it better you could get lost just appreciating vast stock of items and if needed the staff is on hand to help with all and any questions. The store is very fluid with new items coming in all the time and as such the owners do there best to update condense and compact everything the best they can as frequently as possible seems to be rearrange and straightened up every...
Read moreAll comics and collectibles stores are most definitely NOT created equal, and Conquest Comics is far, far beyond many other stores I have visited in terms of value and an almost overwhelming selection. A really gigantic selection of statues, action figures, new comics, old comics and graphic novels fill the store almost to bursting. While the back issue prices are okay, the real treat here is the $1 boxes(something every comic store should have imo); I found a ton of good stuff from the 70's and 80's. There are also bins of relatively cheap unboxed action figures, perfect if you are looking for an obscure piece to complete a collection and don't want to break the bank on a packaged figure. Really the only downside is that there is almost too much product and it can be a bit overwhelming. But if you have the slightest interest in pop culture this store is a wonderland. To top it all of the owners are also...
Read moreI ordered online with them on April 7th. Based off the reviews I saw on yelp and online I figured if they are great in store The same would come from the online side. But they took the money out my account day one and charged me shipping. And I have yet to Receive my order as of May 10th. I’ve emailed no response. Direct message on Instagram no response. I had to call 3 times with the same excuse “it will go out next week.” Or “it’s free comic box day we are swamped.” This is not a way to handle online orders. You may have good reviews in store but I would not recommend them for online orders. If you can’t ship out timely don’t charge for shipping. If you can’t fulfill the order refund me the money. Or at least resolve this by fulfilling my order. It’s not much I’m asking. I hope this gets to the person that needs to see it cause I shouldn’t have to put this much effort to get...
